Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support continued service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of travel products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for travel and customer service.
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not required.
