Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their streaming accounts and help them navigate the platform.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for improved service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and a love for entertainment.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
