Your Responsibilities- Provide cheerful and knowledgeable support to Polish-speaking customers via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues they encounter with our streaming service.
- Guide customers through our platform to help them find their favorite shows and movies.
- Document customer inquiries and feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
- Work alongside a supportive team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- You need to be fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a love for technology are a must
- Experience in customer service or support is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, all while making it a fun place to be
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the sunshine and culture.
