In this exciting position, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to streaming services, providing support and solutions to ensure an enjoyable viewing experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about streaming services, content availability, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately and effectively in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and content offerings.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in streaming services, movies, and entertainment.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
