We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This role is perfect for those who have a passion for entertainment and technology, and who enjoy helping customers navigate their streaming experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding streaming TV and movie services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, subscription details, and content availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive viewing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay updated on streaming trends, content offerings, and new features to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to support product and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach and enthusiasm for technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
