Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to streaming services, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Your passion for entertainment and excellent customer service skills will play a crucial part in ensuring a satisfactory viewing experience for our customers. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, account issues, and streaming functionalities.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical problems effectively to enhance the user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Stay informed about the latest streaming content and technology to provide accurate and engaging support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the entertainment or technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Passion for streaming services, TV shows, and movies, coupled with a customer-oriented attitude.
