We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Music Streaming Platform Department. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about music and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Flemish-speaking users of the music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and platform features.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure an enjoyable music experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex queries and improve overall service quality.
- Educate users about new features, playlists, and music recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Gather feedback from users to support continual service and platform improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the music or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer care.
- Interest in music and knowledge of the streaming industry.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
