Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding their streaming service accounts and inquiries.
- Resolve issues and questions efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
- Engage in training sessions to stay current on platform updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- A strong passion for customer service and the online entertainment industry.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
