As a vital member of our support team, you will assist German-speaking customers in navigating video streaming services, ensuring they have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on how to effectively use the platform and maximize its features.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex customer inquiries.
- Engage in continuous training to keep up with product updates and enhance customer support skills.
- Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience and service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong dedication to customer service and helping customers resolve issues.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving service delivery.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- Prior knowledge of video streaming platforms is a plus.
