Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the video streaming service efficiently.
  • Assist users with navigating the platform and optimizing their streaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address recurring problems and improve service quality.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with resolutions provided.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Familiarity with video streaming platforms or related support tools is a plus.
