In this engaging role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our streaming services, ensuring they have the best possible experience while enjoying their favorite shows and movies. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding streaming services, technical issues, and content queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the entertainment industry.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and services.
