Responsibilities- Assist Slovenian-speaking customers with inquiries about video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on navigating the platform and utilizing its features effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product updates and enhance your support skills.
- Contribute valuable insights to help improve customer experiences and service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service skills with a dedication to assisting customers.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, showcasing a friendly and approachable personality.
- A proactive interest in learning new technologies and adapting to evolving processes.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands.
- Knowledge of video streaming platforms is beneficial.
