Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding account issues, game rules, deposits, and promotions.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve any customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Work in tandem with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest game releases, promotions, and regulatory information to provide informed support.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements for service enhancement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and user engagement.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Proficient with customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
