Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding their iGaming experience.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account setup, game rules, promotions, and transactional issues.
- Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and gaming teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations, company policies, and new products.
- Encourage customer feedback and use it to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work during varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
