As part of our customer support team, you will engage with Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with timely assistance and an exceptional gaming experience. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, supporting players, and ensuring they feel valued and connected to our exciting platform.
Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with their inquiries regarding games, accounts, and promotions.
- Document interactions clearly in our CRM system to ensure a seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest games and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- A keen interest in online gaming and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or iGaming is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A proactive problem solver who can handle customer inquiries effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while being based in beautiful Athens.
