In this engaging role, you will connect with Portuguese-speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and creating memorable gaming experiences. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers feel appreciated and supported in their gaming endeavors.
Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with questions related to games, accounts, and promotional offers.
- Keep clear and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a vibrant team to reach high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the iGaming industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
- A proactive mindset for solving problems and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
