In this position, you will engage with Italian-speaking customers, providing them with excellent support and creating a fantastic gaming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, helping players troubleshoot issues, and ensuring that they feel valued as part of our gaming community.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients across multiple channels.
- Assist customers with their questions about games, account management, and promotions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest games and promotional offers to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- A genuine interest in online gaming and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the iGaming industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful personality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring effective resolution of customer queries.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy and evolving environment, situated in beautiful Athens.
