Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to users via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Assist with customer inquiries related to account management, game rules, and payment methods.
- Efficiently resolve issues and complaints to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on game offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Gather customer feedback for service enhancement and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Understanding of online gaming platforms and customer preferences.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
