Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries about games, promotions, and account management.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on gaming products and services, ensuring a pleasurable experience.
- Document interactions thoroughly and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or the iGaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
