Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding their online gaming experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account creation, game rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory gaming experience.
- Accurately document all customer interactions for tracking and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues.
- Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new game releases.
- Collect customer feedback to help enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail for effective problem resolution.
- Flexibility to work during various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
