In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to customers navigating the lively world of online gaming. If you are fluent in French and passionate about helping others, this position offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team in the iGaming industry
Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support via live chat, email, and phone in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to games, promotions, and account management.
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate customers about our gaming services while adhering to industry regulations.
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to effectively work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms is beneficial.
- Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and a proactive, positive approach.
