As a key member of our customer support team, you'll connect with Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch support and elevating their gaming experience. Your main responsibility will be to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that each player feels valued and supported in their gaming journey.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
- Assist customers with their gaming inquiries, account questions, and promotional details.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest iGaming trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- A genuine interest in the online gaming industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the iGaming sector is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive approach.
- Proactive in problem-solving to effectively address customer inquiries.
