Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Online iGaming Department. If you are passionate about gaming and have a strong customer service background, we would love to have you on our team
Responsibilities- Provide excellent support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries about account creation, game rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a satisfying gaming experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference and improvements in service.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and the latest gaming offerings.
- Collect customer feedback and leverage it to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and effective customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
