Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking online content creators across multiple communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, platform features, and content strategies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and participate in ongoing training to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in online content creation and digital marketing.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
