Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking content creators through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist users with technical issues, account management, and the utilization of online tools and resources.
- Educate clients on platform features, best practices, and monetization strategies to maximize their online presence.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely follow-ups on issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements to products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or creative industries, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on fostering positive client relationships.
- A good understanding of online content creation and platforms.
- Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary.
