Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist content creators with inquiries related to our services, ensuring they have the tools necessary for success.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in online content creation and the digital landscape.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
