Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking online content creators through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our platform, providing solutions and best practices.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience and achieve service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in online content creation and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
