We are currently seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital content and social media, and who are eager to support Finnish-speaking clients in their content creation endeavors.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat regarding platform services and functionalities.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account settings, content management, and promotional tools.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience for users.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on trends in the content creation industry to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
- Gather feedback from users to help improve products and services offered on the platform.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or online services sector is preferred.
- Strong interest in digital content creation and understanding of social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
