In this vibrant role, you will connect with Finnish-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support and enhancing their gaming experiences. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every player feels valued and supported.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with their inquiries related to games, accounts, and promotions.
- Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and promotional offers to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or experience in the iGaming industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring effective resolution of customer queries.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and eagerness to learn.
