Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat to ensure a fantastic gaming experience.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account management, gaming rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and analysis to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any customer-related problems efficiently.
- Stay informed about gaming regulations, company policies, and newly launched products.
- Gather customer feedback and utilize it to contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
