Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the online content moderation space through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to content moderation services, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of the process.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and engage in ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong interest in online safety, content moderation, and digital communication.
  • Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
