Responsibilities- Review and moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions and analyze trends for insights to improve community engagement.
- Stay informed about brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and implement effective moderation practices.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support ongoing improvements in community management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or relevant fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
