As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Portuguese across our social media platforms. Your Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review user-generated content in Portuguese across our social media channels.
  • Ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote a safe online environment.
  • Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
  • Engage with the online community to encourage positive discussions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance moderation strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong interest in social media and community management.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly demeanor.
