Responsibilities
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines, maintaining a safe and welcoming online space.
  • Engage actively with users by responding to comments and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior, taking necessary actions to uphold community standards.
  • Stay informed of trends and interests within the Portuguese-speaking community to develop relevant engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content team to improve social media strategies that resonate with our audience.
  • Analyze metrics related to user interactions and prepare reports to inform future content moderation practices.
  • Keep updated on social media policies and best practices for effective community management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or related positions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and techniques for effective user engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and analytics software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the capability to manage tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
