We are currently seeking Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive and engaging online community for Italian-speaking users by monitoring content and facilitating interactions across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely and professional responses to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior, escalating issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Conduct research on trending topics and interests within the Italian-speaking community to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content creation teams to develop engaging and high-quality material that resonates with the audience.
  • Prepare reports on user interactions and content performance to inform overall strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest changes in social media policies and best practices for effective moderation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
