Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Content Moderator (m,f) for Social Media in the beautiful city of Athens, Greece In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content aligns with community standards and fosters a safe, engaging environment for Italian-speaking users.

As a Content Moderator, you will review, assess, and take action against any inappropriate or harmful content, while also providing valuable feedback to improve user engagement and overall content quality. If you are detail-oriented, passionate about social media, and eager to contribute to a respectful online community, we would love to have you join our team

Responsibilities
  • Moderate Italian language content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
  • Identify and act on inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content promptly.
  • Provide constructive feedback regarding content quality and guideline adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to develop best practices for content moderation.
  • Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records of decisions made.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and changes in community standards.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve moderation processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills geared towards user interaction.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferable.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Genuine passion for social media and dedication to fostering a positive online community.
