Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Content Moderator for Social Media to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the integrity of our community by reviewing and moderating content across various social media platforms, specifically for Italian-speaking users.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and providing feedback to enhance user engagement and content quality. If you are passionate about social media, detail-oriented, and enjoy fostering a safe online environment, we would love to have you on board

Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate Italian language content across social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Quickly identify and address any inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe environment.
  • Offer constructive feedback regarding content quality and guideline adherence.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow moderators to improve moderation practices and user experience.
  • Document moderation actions and keep accurate records of decisions made.
  • Stay updated on trends in content moderation and community management.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies to enhance moderation efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on user engagement.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for social media and commitment to creating a positive online community.
