Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking an Italian Speaking Content Moderator for Social Media to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece This role is critical for ensuring that our platform remains a safe and welcoming environment for Italian-speaking users. You will be responsible for moderating user-generated content, adhering to community guidelines, and helping to cultivate an engaged and supportive online community.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate content in Italian across social media platforms to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
  • Identify and swiftly act on inappropriate or harmful content to safeguard the community.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users regarding content quality and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with other moderators to enhance moderation protocols and strategies.
  • Document moderation activities and maintain clear records of decisions made.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in content moderation and relevant social media practices.
  • Engage in team discussions to share insights and improve overall moderation effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on community interaction.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is an asset.
  • A proactive and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for social media and a commitment to fostering a positive online community.
