Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to recruit an Italian Speaking Content Moderator for Social Media to work in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece In this important role, you will manage and oversee user-generated content on various social media platforms, ensuring that interactions remain safe and supportive for Italian-speaking users.

As a Content Moderator, your focus will be on reviewing, moderating, and providing feedback on posts to uphold community guidelines while fostering a positive digital community. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about social media, we would love for you to join our team

Responsibilities
  • Moderate Italian language user-generated content across social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards.
  • Quickly identify and act upon inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a healthy online environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights regarding content quality and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with fellow moderators to develop best practices for content moderation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and decisions.
  • Stay informed about developments in content moderation practices and social media trends.
  • Participate in team meetings for strategy discussions and sharing of insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored toward user engagement.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Genuine passion for social media and commitment to enhancing user experience in online communities.
