Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content in Italian to uphold community guidelines.
  • Identify, report, and manage any content that violates platform policies.
  • Provide detailed feedback on content quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance processes and best practices.
  • Document moderation activities and decisions accurately.
  • Stay informed about relevant issues affecting user content and community standards.
  • Engage with team members to share insights and improve overall moderation efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on user engagement.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is advantageous.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Interest in maintaining a positive online community.
