Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content in Portuguese, ensuring it complies with community standards.
  • Quickly identify and respond to inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Engage with users to foster a positive online environment.
  • Document moderation activities and maintain records of actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance user experience.
  • Stay informed about trends in social media and moderation best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback for community improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with the community.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions regarding content moderation.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Genuine interest in social media platforms and community management.
