As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on social media platforms, ensuring that interactions are respectful and in line with community guidelines. Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and flag inappropriate content or behaviors that violate community standards.
  • Monitor interactions to gather insights and help improve community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for effective moderation.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user interactions to enhance community experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Professionalism in managing sensitive situations and offering constructive feedback.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
