In your role as a Content Moderator, you will be key in ensuring a positive and safe online community. Your responsibilities will include reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community standards, and encouraging respectful interactions among users. Your Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review social media content in Polish.
  • Ensure strict adherence to community guidelines and promote a secure user experience.
  • Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
  • Engage with the online community to foster constructive discussions.
  • Provide insightful feedback to enhance moderation processes.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain an inclusive environment for all users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
  • A strong interest in social media and online community management.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens with the full support of a relocation package
