Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging during moderation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
