Responsibilities- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or negative user behavior that violates community rules.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
- Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement best practices for effective content moderation.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support ongoing improvements in community management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
