Responsibilities
  • Moderate and assess German-language content for compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and take swift action against any inappropriate or harmful user-generated content.
  • Communicate effectively with users regarding moderation decisions and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with fellow moderators to develop best practices and improve moderation workflows.
  • Stay informed about trends and relevant issues within the German-speaking online community.
  • Document moderation activities and contribute to feedback for ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in content moderation or community management is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their content policies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
