Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content promptly to maintain a safe online space.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users regarding content quality and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other moderators and teams to enhance moderation strategies and practices.
  • Document moderation activities and keep accurate records of decisions made.
  • Stay updated on best practices in content moderation and social media trends.
  • Engage in team discussions to share insights and improve overall moderation effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication abilities focused on user engagement.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for social media and dedication to creating a positive online community.
