As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess community posts, highlight important insights, and enforce community guidelines. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for social media, we invite you to be part of our team

Responsibilities
  • Moderate content in Nordic languages across social media platforms to ensure compliance with established community standards.
  • Promptly identify and respond to any inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to users aimed at improving content quality and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with other moderators to develop effective moderation strategies.
  • Document moderation activities and maintain clear records of decisions made.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.
  • Participate in team discussions to share insights and recommendations for better moderation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on community interaction.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for social media and a commitment to creating a positive online community.
