Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content in German to enforce community guidelines and standards.
  • Detect and address any inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance the quality of user-generated content.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve moderation processes and strategies.
  • Keep detailed records of moderation actions and the rationale behind decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media content and moderation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss moderation practices and updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, geared towards user interaction.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for social media and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
