In this essential role, you will be tasked with upholding the integrity of the social media community by ensuring that content, interactions, and user behavior align with established community guidelines and ethical standards. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring user activities, enforcing compliance policies, and providing guidance on best practices. Responsibilities
  • Monitor activities and content on the social media platform in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Investigate reports of violations and take appropriate action to enforce community standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to users regarding compliance policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance policies and improve user engagement.
  • Document findings and report on trends related to user behavior and content violations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging issues and developments within the social media landscape that may impact community integrity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail in evaluating content and behaviors.
  • Previous experience in integrity enforcement, content moderation, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their community standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new policies and challenges in integrity enforcement.
